I'm Katherine Smith. I have over 15 years of experience in technology, research, product strategy and behaviour change, including leading global health management programmes for insurers, redesigning behaviour change programmes, and overseeing care platform portfolios that use coaching and behavioural approaches to support long-term wellbeing.
I struggled badly with menopause. HRT helped. Antidepressants helped. CBT helped. But none of them were the answer on their own. I still felt overwhelmed by stress, and my anxiety continued to increase.
When a health condition meant I had to stop HRT and other treatments, I had to find another way.
What made the biggest difference was learning to calm my body first.
When my body settled, everything became easier. I could think more clearly, make better decisions, take action, and feel more like myself again. Life still had its challenges, but they no longer felt quite so overwhelming.

It is a guided six-week programme that combines simple nervous system regulation techniques, reflection and practical tools to help you feel calmer, more resilient and better able to navigate the ups and downs of everyday life.
