Healthy Thinking gives you real insight into your stress, so you can start managing it.
Your daily check-ins and weekly reports show you what's triggering your stress, what's making it worse, and what helps. Not guesswork. Your own data.
With that insight, you can act:
It's built for women in perimenopause and menopause, and takes up to 12 minutes a day.
It's designed for anyone going through perimenopause, menopause or post-menopause. You don't need a diagnosis. If you're not sure whether you're in perimenopause, you're still welcome to join.
No. Healthy Thinking is a self-management programme designed to support wellbeing. It doesn't diagnose or treat menopause or its symptoms, and it doesn't replace advice from your GP or another healthcare professional. Everyone's experience is different, and we can't promise any particular result.
Yes. You can use Healthy Thinking alongside any treatment you're already having, including HRT. Think of it as one more tool in your toolbox, not a replacement for anything else. Please don't stop or change any medication because of anything in the programme.
Yes. The trial is completely free, with no card details needed. You'll get eight weeks of access, so there's time to complete the six-week programme at your own pace. In return, we ask you to complete a short survey or online interview at the end about your experience.
The free trial is open now. Once you sign up, you'll be emailed the link to download the app, with simple instructions, shortly afterwards.
Each day you check in on the Home page morning and evening, which takes under a minute. Then do at least one short audio practice, from three minutes, and read the daily article when you can. The whole routine takes up to 12 minutes a day.
Consistency matters more than perfection: even on harder days, a few minutes is enough.
Yes. Practices start small. Check in in under a minute, then choose an audio from just three minutes. Build the habit around your life, not the other way round.
During the free trial, the app won't send daily reminders, so it can help to set one on your phone for a time that suits you.
You may receive a weekly email prompt, which you can switch off at any time.
Each evening, you'll note your mood and anything that triggered you that day.
On day 3 and day 7, there's a slightly longer check-in where you can track your symptoms, stress, sleep and a few other things.
On day 7, you'll receive an end-of-week report showing how your week went, before you move on to the next week.
Your tracking is for your own reflection. It isn't a medical assessment, and it isn't monitored by anyone.
That's fine. Within each week, the days carry on moving forward, up to day 7. You won't move on to the next week until you've completed day 7, so you never skip a week. Just pick up where you left off.
A short survey or a brief online chat about your experience. You choose which one when you sign up. Your feedback helps us improve Healthy Thinking.
The programme is six weeks, but life gets in the way sometimes, so eight weeks gives you a little extra time to catch up if you miss a few days.
If you finish sooner, you can use the extra time to return to the practices you like best and build them into your day.
At the end of the programme, there's a short questionnaire so you can compare where you are with where you started.
We'll let you know before your free access ends. When Healthy Thinking launches fully, we plan to offer a programme that continues beyond the first eight weeks.
Yes. Taking part is voluntary, and you can stop whenever you like.

Always practise somewhere safe and quiet, and never while driving. If you feel dizzy, breathless or uncomfortable during a practice, stop and return to your normal breathing.
